Our culture is made up of both What We Believe and How We Act towards our work, each other, and our customers. We care a great deal about our culture and if ever compromised, we are committed to a Resolve.
We believe the work we are doing is good and ought to be done well. In light of that belief: we will choose to have a good attitude about whatever task we are given; we will choose to move our bodies quickly and efficiently the entire day; and we will choose to humbly accept our mistakes and make a strong effort to improve.
We believe the people we work alongside are, at their core, very much like ourselves. In light of that belief: we will choose to actively help each other when given the opportunity; we will choose to empathize with each other when we see a difficulty; and we will choose to encourage each other regularly.
We believe the people who come to us have great value and dignity regardless of their decision to work with us and regardless of the way they interact with us. In light of that belief: we will choose to fully engage with their needs and honestly communicate our ability or inability to help. We will choose to treat them with the kindness and respect we would show a friend or family member.

We love the people we work alongside and we are committed to keeping it that way. If someone inside our company does not live up to our culture standard we will clearly confront them on two separate occasions, and if those confrontations fall on deaf ears then we will part ways.
IN REGARDS TO CUSTOMERS
We love the people we work for, and we are committed to keeping it that way. If someone outside our company treats one of us with rudeness, forwardness, or makes blatantly unfair requests, we will reply with kindness and attempt to redirect. If our kind response falls on deaf ears then we will part ways.
