Delivery

REVIEW YOUR INVOICE

We will email you a copy of your Invoice within 24 hours. Please review it, and if you have any changes please let us know inside your 7-Day Window by clicking the CHANGE ORDER LINK included in your email.

Pickup

SIGN YOUR INVOICE

Once you are satisfied with your Invoice please sign it by clicking the INVOICE SIGNATURE LINK included in your email. Once you sign your invoice it will immediately go into production, which locks in all of your order details.




WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW



COMPLETION DATE

Your Invoice will include an Estimated Completion Date on it, which is our best estimate as to when your furniture will be completed. 90% of the time we complete orders by that date. Things like lumber supply, waiting on you to sign your invoice, and scheduling your delivery are in addition to that estimated date.

SCHEDULING

When your furniture is fully completed and approved, we will reach out to you through email to schedule your Delivery. We’ve put a lot of work into making our Delivery Scheduling system as easy as possible, and we think you’ll find it simple.

OUR WARRANTY

We believe our warranty is the absolute best in the industry: If anything happens to your furniture, no matter if its your fault or our fault, we’ll fix it at no labor or material cost. In the event you need a repair, it is your responsibility to either bring the furniture to us, or pay our discounted delivery rate to have us pick it up from you.
