We take great pride in everything we make here at Unruh Furniture. The quality and craftsmanship of our work is our top priority, and we stand behind everything we sell. If you have any problems with your furniture at any time, whether its our fault, your fault, or your dog’s fault we will take care of it at no cost. And that offer will never expire. Because everything we make here is custom-made-to-order all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Here is what a Furniture Repair looks like with us:
We send out dozens of custom creations every month and we rarely have an issue with any of our pieces. But every once in a great while something will come up—whether it’s a wood expansion issue, a scratch from a furry friend, or the everyday chaos of life gets to one of our pieces, and when that happens we understand it is a big deal and we treat it as such. Here is practically what we will do:
If you paid for a local delivery, and if at any point within 3 months of your furniture delivery you find a problem with your furniture, we will drive out to your home and pickup the furniture, return it to our shop for a thorough repair, and then deliver it back out to your home within 3 weeks—all at no cost whatsoever.
If you picked up your furniture or if your delivery was more than 3 months ago then we kindly ask you to bring your furniture back to our shop for a repair. Once your furniture has been returned to us we will repair it thoroughly and have it ready for pickup again within 3 weeks—all at no cost whatsoever.
If you had your furniture delivered through a third-party freight service then we kindly ask you to ship your furniture back to our shop for a repair. Once your furniture has been returned to us we will repair it thoroughly and then we will ship it back to you through a standard freight service and we will cover the cost of the shipment from our shop to your home.
