We understand buying furniture can feel overwhelming. A Showroom Visit with us is a unique and helpful experience. We will walk alongside you as you decide on style, size, wood species and the finish that fits you and your home.
Easy Answers for Common Questions
How long will my appointment last?
Most consultations average 20 to 40 minutes.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! We love children. Some of us have little ones ourselves so we keep a few toys in the showroom for our smaller guests.
What should I know going into this?
It’s helpful to know what size you want for the pieces you like. If you’re unsure about the size, try to bring the dimensions of your room and we can help determine the best fit for the space. But don’t feel like you need to have everything figured out before you come in; we’re pretty good at helping you get to the right decision.
Am I going to be talking to a pushy salesman?
Heck no! Myself (Sam Unruh), Karli and Josh do all the showrooms meetings and we are the easiest going crew you can find. No one works on commission here, and we are all super-committed to helping you figure out what’s best for your space. If we don’t think Unruh Furniture is the best fit for you, we’ll just tell you so.
How does the Unruh Furniture buying process work?
We book most orders with a $200 deposit, per piece. Once you book, you have two weeks to finalize your order. Booking with a deposit immediately places your order in our schedule so you can receive your furniture faster, yet allows a couple of weeks for any changes. And if you walk out with buyers remorse, you are welcome to cancel any part of your order within that two weeks and we’ll get you all of your money back.
What does your Warranty look like?
We take great pride in everything we make here at Unruh Furniture. The quality and craftsmanship of our work is our top priority, and we stand behind everything we sell. If you have any problems with your furniture at any time, whether its our fault, your fault, or your dog’s fault we will take care of it at no cost. And that offer will never expire. Is it okay to schedule if I’m not quite ready to buy?
Absolutely! Coming out to our showroom for a consultation is a lot of fun. You get to see a lot of cool furniture, meet some of the guys who work here, and see how our whole operation works. We would love to have you out even if you’re not ready to pull the trigger on some furniture.
What are your Showroom Hours?
Our Showroom ours are typically 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday afternoons, but if you take a peak at our scheduling form it will tell you exactly what slots are available for each day.
Can I just show up without an appointment?
We very much prefer for you to book an appointment so that we can be ready for you when you get here. You are welcome to book an appointment for the same day, but if you would like a Saturday slot its best to book early in the week or even the week before to make sure we have a spot for you.
