Last year, we initiated an online customization tool so that you and your family can experiment with furniture size and dimensions from home! Now, we talk a lot about or showroom visits which is crucial in getting to know you. But the online customization is a great precursor to that meeting. Try it out today! There are six variations of wood we offer at Unruh: alder, cherry, maple, hickory, white oak and walnut. You can read the descriptions for each within any given product page. But there is more to the story. Depending on the furniture that’s already in your home, we can give our best recommendation as to which option is best for you. You don’t need to be a boy-scout/girl-scout alumnus to know which wood is a smart option, because now you have Unruh on your side. Don’t buy furniture alone! It’s a lot more fun with a team.

Without high-quality finishing expertise, wood-furniture will never make the cut. As our company grew, we wanted to offer multiple finish options for the many types of tastes out there. No two people are alike, so why should all furniture look the same? In terms of the numbers of variations . . . we’re pretty sure it’s one of those “^10” numbers from high-school math. But despite all those variations, we promise your Unruh furniture will be one of a kind.
