If Something’s Off, We’ll Fix It

When we deliver the product to your home, we’ll look over every inch together. If you see any problem with the bed frame or table, we’ll take the piece back to our shop, fix the problem and re-deliver at no extra cost. It’s that simple – our guarantee for as long as we’re around. Now if that’s the “How” what is the “Why” fueling that guarantee?

Unruh sees each piece you purchase as an investment into your family. And not just your parents, siblings, kids or even grandkids. But the family members that haven’t even been born yet . . . Unruh furniture is for them too. It’s kind of hard to fathom, but that delivery process is a big deal. Our goal is to bring you handcrafted, custom-made items that will outlive any of us.

And like we mentioned earlier, our daily “pursuit of perfection” is what gets us out of bed every morning. And in the event something is slightly off with your piece (because we’re human after-all), we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.

Flexibility Meets Timeliness

For a slightly different scenario, say you sign off on the piece for your home, and a few months later need a repair. Our team will come pick up your item for a delivery fee. Residential customers within a 45-mile city radius pay $125 each way, and anything outside of that is $249 each way.

However, if you wish to waive the fee and bring in your furniture-for-repair on your own, that works too! Our crew is flexible and will meet your need either way. 

Once the furniture is back in our shop, your needs elevate to our priority. Life happens and things break, but time never slows down. You will have the restored furniture in 2-3 weeks time so you don’t have to send out a rescheduled dinner invite. Your time is valuable, and we think your furniture should be the same.
